Boarding
We want you & your horse to feel right at home here at ZoeyJo Equestrian.
Accommodations
- 12' x 16' stall with windows (4)
- 12' x 12' stall with indoor/outdoor 20' long paddock (5)
- Fully matted
- 2 water buckets dumped & refilled as needed
- Well lit with caged LED bulbs in each stall
- 1 overhead, 3 speed stall fan
STALL BOARD
- $850/month (stall shared between 2 horses on opposite am/pm rotation)
- half day turnout in -usually- a same sex herd
- half day inside, meals fed privately while inside
- price includes 1 large, 800lb Timothy/Orchard square bale fed in pasture during winter months
PRIVATE STALL BOARD
- $1050/month (NO stall sharing, stall is empty during turn out)
- same turnout schedule and amenities as part stall, just no stall sharing
PASTURE BOARD *discontinued*
- $700/month (NO stall access or turn-in hay)
- fed in grain muzzles outside
- price includes 1 large, 800lb Timothy/Orchard square bale fed in pasture during winter months

Feeding & Seasonal Add-Ons
- Fed twice daily. We feed the Purina Ultium line of products as well as Purina Enrich Plus Balancer.
- Other grains can be fed at owner's provision
- Dry supplements fed at owner's provision for no additional cost
- Additional feedstuffs (chopped hay, hay pellets. beet pulp, etc) and liquid supplements can be fed at owners provision and by owner but will not be fed out during 2x daily feedings
- 2-4 flakes of Timothy/Orchard or Alfalfa hay provided in a SmartPak slow feed, hay net in the stall or paddock depending on weather conditions.
- Fly gear (masks, boots, sheets) will be applied and left on except in inclement weather.
- Blanketing 2x daily (am & pm) for no additional cost during winter months.
Turnout & Pasture
- We currently have 1 large group turnout of my personal horses which includes breeding stock & show program horses, a small group turnout of mares, and a large group turnout of geldings on the property.
- Pastures are effectively managed year round via horse/grazing safe fertilization and herbicide application to help the grass grow while the weeds stay at bay
- Pasture manure is picked up with a Paddock blade regularly (traditionally weekly in winter months). Stall manure is spread daily in a secluded area along the woodline so no worry for excess flies in the pastures or around the barn!
- Water troughs dumped & scrubbed as needed, more frequently in warmer months.

- Full bathroom available to boarders who need to rinse off after their ride
- Tack room with saddle racks, tack hooks and space for tack trunk
- Property:
- 12 acres of cleared land for pasture, arena, and barn
- 100' x 210' all weather arena with lights
- Shaded round pen
- 300 acres of wooded trails alongside the Little River
- Private driveway in a quiet, secluded area away from the road
- Owner lives onsite
